We have a No Returns or Exchanges policy. All sales are final! 

Returns or Exchanges will apply only to factory damaged items*

Returns (Domestic)

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

• Returns must be requested within 15 days of your order being delivered.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an e-mail, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you.
  • Please allow 5-14 business days for processing returns or Exchanges.*

 

Exchanges

We have a strict policy of No returns or exchanges policy. The only exception for exchanges will be on factory damaged goods. 

To exchange an item, the following conditions must be met:

• Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of your order being delivered.
• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We have a No returns or exchanges policy. The only exceptions will be on factory damaged goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.*


Returns/Exchanges (International) 

You have the right return or exchange your order within 30 days of your order being delivered. Note that this only applies for factory damaged items. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
